How to order a custom golf art piece:
Placing a special order has never been easier. We have created a simple checklist of items to follow when contacting the artist with a custom request. This will make the ordering process much smoother and simpler. Please include the answers to the following when inquiring about a special order:
- What type of scene would you like inside of the golf ball?
- Do you have any pictures of the scene that you want included?
- How soon would you need this piece completed?
- Where are you located? (for shipping estimates).
A little about the special order process:
Typically, special ordered golf art projects are completed in 7 to 14 business days depending on the scene and level of detail required. Once contacted, we will be able to provide you with a more accurate time frame along with a full price quote including shipping and handling.
New customers will be required to pay a deposit of half up-front and the other half upon your approval of the completed piece. Once your golf art is complete, you will receive photos via email for approval and shipping arrangements.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the finished golf artwork, we will be happy to refund your deposit. All payments are accepted via PayPal.
